This breach demonstrates how "Shadow AI", the use of unsanctioned or poorly governed AI tools can serve as a powerful vector for bypassing enterprise perimeters. 2 - APRA’s Indictment of Board-Level AI Illiteracy

6 - The Multi-Agent Secret Leak (Claude, Gemini, GitHub)
The Briefing
In one of the most viral security disclosures of April 2026, a single prompt injection chain was found to work simultaneously against Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and GitHub Copilot.
